Contact HOA
We've asked the HOA to amend the Indentures to develop a portion of the 27th hole of the golf course. (Update-This step has been completed.)

Schedule Resident Vote
If the HOA accepts our request, a vote will be scheduled to amend the indentures. (Update-The vote will take place on Tuesday, June 7 at 6:00pm at the Holiday Inn in Eureka)

Residents Vote
Each lot in The Legends gets one vote. The amendment will be approved if "two-thirds (2/3) of the Owners of Lots and Living units (in the aggregate) in attendance at a meeting in person or by proxy" vote in favor.
SUMMARY
The Legends Country Club is proposing to modify the 27th hole of the Legends golf course. This modification would:
- Shorten the 27th hole from a par 5 to a par 4
- Allow construction of 18 villa lots in the area where the existing cart barn, maintenance shed and 27th green are currently located
- Provide for a new cart barn and maintenance facility (located in the parking area of the Country Club).
We are confident that this project will be a major benefit to both the Country Club and the Legends Subdivision, and we are requesting that approval for the development to move forward.
